The AAIM staff serves the needs of the alliance, individual associations, leaders, and members. The staff is organized in four teams focused on public policy and aging; educational programs and communications; membership, governance, and information technology; and finance, administration, and human resources. These teams organize meetings, lobby, manage grants, publish textbooks, deliver web services, conduct surveys, recruit and retain members, and provide myriad other services to the associations.
