The early-bird registration fee for the 2019 APM Winter Meeting is $850, which includes materials for the conference and an opportunity to network with colleagues over daily breakfasts; a keynote and awards lunch; and two casual receptions.
The early-bird registration fee for the 2019 APM New Chairs and Emerging Leaders Program is $500. This fee covers meeting material and an occasion to hear collected wisdom and experience from trusted colleagues over meals and sessions throughout the meeting.
Participants of the 2019 APM Winter Meeting are welcome to bring a guest for a fee of $329. This fee covers the cost of one dinner, two breakfasts, and two receptions for a single guest. All guests who will participate in meals or receptions must pay this fee. Please note no guest excursions are scheduled; however, knowledgeable hotel staff are available to assist with planning if your guest would like to explore Phihladelphia.
Receive the early-bird rate by you completing your online registration by end of day Wednesday, March 6, 2019. After March 6, the registration fee will increase by $100; onsite registration (after April 10) includes an additional $100 fee.
