AAIM invites foundations, publishers, recruiters, and companies that create educational tools, software, and patient care management solutions to support the 2026 APDIM Fall Meeting.

The APDIM Fall Meeting is your chance to get in front of key faculty and staff responsible for internal medicine residency programs, which train the single largest subset of the future physician workforce. Comprising more than one-quarter of the US physician workforce, internal medicine and its subspecialties is almost always the largest single body of users of the electronic medical record, evaluation systems, scheduling software, textbooks, and educational software.  

The meeting will bring together 450 internal medicine residency faculty and staff, from program directors to key faculty to program administrators, as individuals who have authority to make decisions about all aspects of the residency program, from evaluation systems to scheduling software to textbooks.  They also have regular contact with and significant influence on the future workforce, also known as chief residents, residents, fellows, and students. The faculty usually have multiple clinical and administrative responsibilities in addition to their educational responsibilities.

In 2026, the APDIM Fall Meeting will be held in person at the Louisville Marriott Downtown, which will provide partners opportunities to meet and interact with participants in an interactive setting.  AAIM is finalizing partnership opportunities for the 2026 APDIM Fall Meeting, details will be available soon.

  • Two full conference registrations** 
  • Product learning session during a breakfast or lunch session to share your expertise & information about your services. 
  • A banner advertisement on the conference website or conference app (locations for placement of banner ad are limited and is first-come, first-served) 
  • Logo on conference website 
  • Up to two pre- or post-registration email blasts 
  • Two in-app messages during the meeting
  • Six-foot table for materials in a high-traffic area
  • Recognition at Opening Plenary and in APDIM Fall Meeting materials, including the agenda and conference signage.

Premier Partner representatives are welcome to participate in most aspects of APDIM Fall Meeting, including meals, sessions, and receptions. Partner representatives may not participate in Assemblies or Open Forums. These are attendee-only functions.

  • Logo included on the conference website 
  • One pre or post registration email blast 
  • One in-app message during the meeting 
  • Recognition in APDIM Fall Meeting materials, including the agenda and conference signage 

** Event Partner representatives must be at least 21 years of age and are welcome to participate in most aspects of the APDIM Fall Meeting, including meals, sessions, and receptions. Partners' representatives may not participate in Assemblies or Open Forums, which are attendee-only functions.
