Erica  J. Holland serves as the Alliance CEO, acting as key advisor to the AAIM Board of Directors and executing key strategic priorities of the organization. In this role, Ms. Holland will be responsible for the overall organization and culture of the Alliance, including day-to-day operations and driving resources towards organizational missions.  Erica joined the Alliance in June 2025 and reports to the AAIM Board of Directors.
