Hotel Reservations
The Alliance has negotiated discounted hotel rates for AIMW attendees, available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must make your hotel reservation through Orchid Events and will receive the link to register once you have successfully completed your meeting registration. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity of receiving your hotel choice.
To receive the conference rate, all reservations must be made no later than March 5, 2027 through our official housing company, Orchid Events. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.

Deposit
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check equaling the amount of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card will not be charged during this initial stage and will be held as a guarantee only.
Acknowledgments
Orchid Events will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. by emailing help@orchid.events. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Cancellations
Reservations cancelled after March 1, 2027, will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee for each room cancelled. Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival date will be charged one night’s room rate and tax by the hotel in addition to the $75. Cancel fees will be charged at the time of the cancellation for each room reservation cancelled.
Changes
Your reservation acknowledgement will provide detailed instructions and appropriate links needed to make any changes or modifications to existing reservations. Through March 1, 2027, changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting Orchid Events via email at help@orchid.events. After March 1, 2027, contact your hotel directly to make changes and/or cancellations.

A link to make hotel reservations will only be available on your registration confirmation email. You must be registered for AIMW in order to make a hotel reservation within the conference block. The negotiated rate is based on first-come, first-served and on availability. After cut-off day or sell out, hotels may charge higher rates.

No, the meeting registration and hotel room reservations are not linked. Please contact the Alliance to cancel the meeting registration and Orchid Events to cancel the hotel reservation.
